Me and my children were put in an unfortunate situation and had to find ourselves a safe place to stay. The owners were absolutely amazing! They truly care, about their property and the people that frequent it. Genuinely nice people with good hearts. As for the room themselves they each have their own different character they are older in the sense of their design but they are comfortable and it's definitely an experience of nostalgia. Don't judge a book by its cover! You just might miss out on the best story of your life! For I am forever grateful for my time at the park place! It was our home away from home for a short while and it truly felt that way!
Quiet, relaxing, affordable,ost important, very clean. I applaud this motel for it's utmost standards that are far and above average motels. I recommend this as a destination for sleep. Congratulations
I absolutely love this place. Very reasonably priced stays and very clean rooms. Would stay here every time I needed a Motel this would be the only one I would stay at. Love it
What an amazing place to stay. The new owners are some of the kindest and friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They lovingly look after their motel which may look a little run down on the outside but is the coziest most adorable places I've stayed. If you have the luck of being able to stay here I highly recommend it. The staff is also wonderful. I can't stop saying wonderful things about my experience at this motel.
If I could give this place a 10 out of 10 I would. The new management Steve and Julie have been exceptional at making sure that the place was clean. Probably one of the cleanest hotels or motels that I've stayed at in the city of Spokane. They were so welcoming and friendly it didn't even feel like we were in Spokane! They have on-site laundry, that's reasonably priced. Their rates are competitive with other motels and hotels in the area. They even carry extra socks and water, and a snack in case someone comes in that needs them from the streets. The place is a diamond in the rough. There is a lot of negative around it, but staying there you could not even tell it was the most quiet well managed property that I have been to. This is also a great place for extended stays.
Steve and Julie are some of the sweetest people we have meet. We are currently staying here and it is wonderful, they always find a way to accommodate to you. They shampooed our carpet before we rented the room and they are always helpful in any way they can. So if I could give them a ten star rating I would give them a 20!!! Thank you so much for the lovely stay.
The owners are awesome, the renters are usually great people, it's nice and quiet and clean. There's no room for error when driving through the motel and there are a few trash diggers that come in and out regularly who occasionally take off with people's things but otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. There are no showers or bathrooms for RV space renters, so it's best to have yours in working order.
Cute little RV Park in motel conveniently located right off of Sprague get your weekly rate or monthly rate by the day it's all good! Private and close to everything
